The first thing that I always do is think about how all the little things that my ex girlfriend did annoyed me. Maybe you could push these little things out of your mind while you were dating, but now it is time to let all that frustration channel into how miserable you would how been if you continued to put up with them.

Lets face it. Breaking up sucks. A lot. But it’s not the end of the world; getting over an ex girlfriend can be done, over time. I’ve done it countless times, and enough times to learn that showing up at her door sobbing frantically and thrusting a tear stained poem into her hands isn’t going to win her back.
